Yes, Sloane Street boutiques can refund directly back onto your Sloane Street Gift Card subject to the individual boutique’s return policy.
Some of the boutiques will offer an exchange or credit note, but this will depend on an individual boutique’s exchange policy. Please check with the boutique directly.
The gift card is a coated 100% paper-based card that provides an environmentally friendly alternative to a traditional plastic gift card. They are compostable to an EN 13432 standard or can be 100% recycled as paper waste.

There are two common reasons for this.
For security reasons you need to activate your gift card first before you can use it. You can do this here: https://sloanestreetgiftcard.co.uk/activate-card/
If you have already activated the card, your gift card will decline if you have insufficient funds for your purchase. Please check your balance at https://sloanestreetgiftcard.co.uk/check-my-balance/.
You can use your card to make partial payment for your purchase and then settle the balance using an alternative payment method like your credit card.

The gift card is not reloadable and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used after expiry.
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift cards that have the full purchase value remaining.

Once you have registered your refund, please put your gift card into the post and send it back to Miconex, 13 Rose Terrace, Perth. PH1 5HA.
Once the gift card has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
